The Rudd Factor?

Reportedly DA approvals for commercial property in Queensland has increased by 12% since Kevin came back to power.

Interesting information but how do you interpret it?

Co-incidence or is there a "Rudd Factor" that equates to a sigh of relief that the forth coming election isn't going to be as big a whitewash as predicted. Either way to see the Queensland commercial sector starting to recover is good news for everybody.

The last few years has definitely "shaken the tree", those of us that have held on hopefully have learnt a few lessons. Now as projects start up there no doubt will be a scramble for work at any cost and many builders will look to exploit the situation. Interesting times ahead.

Insulation fever has hit Australia!
A frenzy of business has been created with the Government's initiative on insulaion. Chinese; Korean and American factories are working overtime to provide sufficient glass wool batts to meet the Australian demand. New business's are springing up over night or just changing to become insulation installers, we have risen to the challenge and are shipping glass wool batts as well.
In gratitude to the Prime Minister we have branded our batts "Rudds".
